Frequently Asked Questions

  • We cover Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.

    A small mileage fee may apply depending on location.

  • We certainly do! We offer outdoor parties from May-September. We kindly ask that the soft play equipment is set up on a hard surface. All inflatables must be on real grass as these need to be anchored into the ground. All outdoor set ups must have a indoor back up plan, just in case.

  • We offer setup from 9:30am, with collection by 5pm. These times are subject to availability and may change depending on our schedule.

  • We accept bookings through all our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as via email. When making an enquiry, please include the date, time, and location of your event, and we will get back to you with further details.

    Please note that a booking fee is required to secure your date.
